Mr. Edward Mancinelli is the Managing Director of Mancinelli Professional Corporation, a law firm which provides legal representation in the areas of intellectual property, civil litigation and business law.

Edward has a diverse practice with a focus on serving the needs of business clients. In civil litigation matters, he has represented clients before the Federal and Ontario Courts including in reported cases involving domain names, trade-marks and corporate directors' and officers' liability. He has also represented clients in trade-mark agency and prosecution, before the Trade-marks Opposition Board and in ICANN domain name dispute proceedings before international online arbitration forums.

PAST POSITIONS
Prior to establishing Mancinelli Professional Corporation, Edward served for several years as in-house counsel for a leading North American "incubator" of technology and media start-ups and during his tenure was involved in several high profile IP litigation cases. Edward's past experience also includes working as an in-house lawyer at Canada's largest (TSX listed) developer and publisher of interactive software. He brings considerable experience in working closely with entrepreneurs at all levels and in a variety of industries. Edward was also an adjunct lecturer in Internet Law at Centennial College's Centre for Creative Communications in Toronto. He is bilingual, fluent in English and Italian.
